One of the top selling devices that use portable media are mp3 players. Mp3 players are probably one of the top gadgets today and are extremely practical in carrying around your music library. USB flash drives are another device that uses portable media. USB flash drives use flash memory to store data. Flash memory is very affordable and small. It usually holds between 128 MB and 2 GB of data and can be used as a floppy drive to transfer and store data files or even digital audio files.
